Domaine Vincent Dampt Description
Vinified completely in tank, which lends to the wine’s tremendous purity and laser cut saline precision. This bottling of Chablis AC is from one plot located in Milly in the lieu-dit ‘Les Charlevaux’ which is between the Vaillons and Côte de Léchet. It is a west facing parcel with old vines averaging 40 years. The soil is classic Kimmeridgian, with alternating layers of marl and limestone with lots of fossilized oysters and stones.
