Guinness - 1/6 Keg (Sixtel Keg)
- IMPORTANT Guinness requires a special tap that only works on Guinness, Harp, and a few other European kegs. Additionally, Guinness requires nitrogen to dispense properly. Pumps are NOT available for Guinness kegs. You must have a properly set up draft system or kegerator to dispense Guinness beer.
- A $30 refundable deposit is required on all kegs. The refund will be issued when the used keg is returned.
- Kegs must be kept cold or the beer will not dispense properly. The best way to do this is to store the keg in a container and pack it with ice. We recommend at least 3 bags per keg when using a properly sized keg tub. More ice will be necessary when using larger containers. - Local delivery is available for a $10 fee.
Keg Sizing
- A 1/2 keg contains 165 12oz servings, equivalent to approximately 7 cases of beer. This is the largest size available.
- A 1/4 keg contains 82 12oz servings, equivalent to approximately 3.5 cases of beer.
- A 1/6 keg contains 55 12oz servings, equivalent to approximately 2.25 cases of beer.
